of the Kansas Constitution.

Objectives:
A.
Promote
qualified judges in the Primary and General elections.
B.
Educate voters on
judicial issues.
CLEAR THE BENCH!!
C. Promote structural changes in the Kansas Judicial system to protect the rights of Kansans. This includes the petition procedure for district by district conversion from judge appointment system to judge election system. Also, KJR seeks either election of all judges, or Supreme Court Justices appointed by governor with advice and consent of the Kansas Senate.
The following is
an example of an appropriate questionnaire for judicial candidates,
and the questions are entirely
consistent with the law as expressed in the U. S. Supreme Court case
of Republican Party of Minnesota vs. White,
