Educate voters as to the issues and problems in the Kansas Judicial system. Promote a climate of reform to change Kansas law to require election, rather than appointment, of all judges and justices in the Kansas Judicial system.

Join with other Kansas organizations to encourage strong voter turnout in order to rebuild a constitutional judiciary by removing recalcitrant judges and promoting judges who recognize and enforce SEPARATION OF POWERS and respect the limited role of the judiciary as designed by the founders.

To encourage the state legislature, the people’s representatives, to stand firm against illegal efforts by the Kansas Supreme Court to usurp the legislative function.

Thomas Jefferson warned that judges, often seeking to expand their jurisdictions, would “twist and shape” the constitution “as an artist shapes a ball of wax.”

The due process and equal protection clauses were never designed to strip the legislature of its policy making role. Undemocratic, centralized law making by the judiciary is a perversion of our constitutional system.
